An Australian fitness brand that blends reformer Pilates with weight training, cardio, yoga and barre opened its first Prosper-Celina location Saturday, Aug. 1, adding a new workout option to one of the area's fastest-growing corridors.

inLIFE Wellness is now operating at 2700 W. Frontier Parkway, Suite 100, in Prosper, near the Celina border in the Creeks at Celina development area. A company representative confirmed the opening to Community Impact.

The studio's signature format packs multiple disciplines into a single 45-minute session. Class themes rotate across strength, cardio and stretch, with a full menu that includes Reformer Pilates, Barre, Strength Sessions, Reformer Stretch, Circuit, Intervals and Streamline. Sessions run seven days a week. Morning and evening time slots are available, and members book through the studio's mobile app.

The brand markets its approach as low-impact but intense, welcoming people at all fitness levels.

Growing DFW footprint

inLIFE Wellness launched in Australia before expanding into the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Its Frisco location at 4112 Legacy Drive celebrated its first anniversary July 26, and the company now operates Texas studios in Addison, University Park, Flower Mound, McKinney, Coppell and Frisco. Additional locations in Southlake, Murphy, Royse City, Richardson and Princeton are listed as coming soon on the brand's website.

Before the Prosper-Celina studio opened, the business offered free beginner classes so potential members could meet instructors and tour the space, according to the studio's social media pages.

Frontier Parkway corridor

The studio's location sits along a stretch of Frontier Parkway that is slated for reconstruction into a four-lane concrete roadway from Preston Road to Custer Road, with construction expected to begin in 2027, according to Community Impact's transportation reporting. The widening project underscores the commercial growth already arriving along the corridor.
